RETURNS

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer returns. Once product leaves our warehouse, it is considered used. Nothing you receive has been sent to someone else. Please take note of product information provided and Contact Us with any questions you may have before placing an order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled and refunded to the original form of payment up until the time the order begins processing. Refunds made by e-Transfer will be subject to a $1.50 fee.
